Whilst travelling back from work one day, I tweeted @JustEatUK about a new advert they had hung on the train I was using. Complete with TV Box Set food puns printed on a takeaway receipt, it was a recipe for engagement.
The Just Eat social media team replied swiftly asking if I was going to be watching Baking Bad or The Walking Bread. What happened next, I didn’t expect… A tweet from Walter

After some to & fro, between Walt, Just Eat and myself, alongside a cheeky request, I had a copy of Baking Bad in the post on its way to me. A few days later it had landed on my door step.

While browsing my emails in early October, I came across my daily email from Groupon full of their usual deals for online courses, gadgets and weekend breaks however this time there was one offer that stood out to me. It was for a Bi-Weekly/Monthly fresh food delivery box from ‘Hello Fresh’ at a whopping 69% off!
Subscription boxes are something that have interested me for a while and so does new food so this opportunity with Hello Fresh seemed like the perfect chance to give these a try and at the bargain price from Groupon, I had no reason not to.
I bought my voucher and eagerly signed up selecting the next available delivery date of the 21st of October. My wait for Hello Fresh began!

I’ve decided to focus on one of the biggest and best menu relaunches that I’ve seen on social media so far. This is the launch of the new hand crafted burger menu at TGI Friday’s UK, including a secret burger!
@TGIFridaysUK have been really clever in using just one hashtag to bring some fun and free promotion to the launch, #BurgerFace. This allows their customers to send in their best picture of themselves wrapping their mouth around one of the new mouth watering burgers. The success of this alone can be found by simply searching for #BurgerFace.
